Our Staff

LifeWorks, established in 1996 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, provides comprehensive services to promote the healthy emotional development of children and families. LifeWorks programs are offered in school, home and community settings throughout Sonoma County. Services are provided through the establishment of seven distinct, yet complementary programs, spanning a range of mental health counseling and educational services.

It is our hope that the LifeWorks team can provide you with an experienced and diverse group of professionals to address the unique issues you face as a parent today.   • Cathy Wieschendorff, MS: (President) School Psychologist with academic and psychological experience as well as extensive community involvement.
  • Ellen Mundell, MA: (Vice President) Former School Counselor with educational expertise and counseling experience.
  • Robert Berg, Esq.: (Treasurer) Retired attorney and author who has community contacts with arts and wine industry.
  • Beverly O’Donnell, MA: Retired School Educator with expertise in special events.
  • Arnold Rosenfield: Retired Sonoma County Superior Court Judge who worked to develop programs and protocols to aid families and children at risk in the justice system.
  • Beth Ryan: Banking Officer with a strong belief in the emotional development and mental health of our community.

  • Sheila Craig, Esq.: Family Law attorney who provides both legal and program development consultation.
  • Michele Brulé: Information Technology expert and community business support.
  • Louise Packard, Ph.D.: Psychologist and former editor with excellent community awareness. Provides psychological and leadership experience.
