Help is on the Way
Since 1975, Family Education Center (FEC) has been providing parents and teachers with effective tools to build healthy, rewarding relationships so their children can grow up with what they need to thrive and succeed. We teach people how to enjoy their children.
Our goal is to provide parents with skills they can use to strengthen their relationships with their children and to help prevent behavior problems. A key element in helping children make healthy choices is a feeling of strong connection to their family. Family Education Center offers proven strategies to families who are working through common challenges.
We share ways to:
- talk and listen effectively
- resolve conflicts through mutual agreement and respect
- use the power of encouragement
- effective alternatives to discipline
